1. Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day Return & Replacement Window starting from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

Damaged Product: Received item is physically damaged.
Incorrect Product: Product received is not what was ordered.
Defective Product: The product does not function as intended.
Incomplete Order: Missing components or accessories.
🚨 Important Requirements:
Warranty Sticker: Must be intact and untouched. Removal voids return/replacement eligibility.
Unboxing Video: A clear video must be recorded while unboxing the package to serve as return proof.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Return or replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
Wrong model or item ordered.
Product tampered during self-installation.
Damage caused during repair or mishandling.
No unboxing video provided.
Change of mind after delivery.
Item no longer needed or found cheaper elsewhere.
3. Product-Specific Return Notes
Front & Back Cameras: Replacement only; no returns.
LCD Display Combos: Replacement only; no returns.
Back Covers: Non-returnable and non-replaceable.
iPhone Converters: No return, replacement, or refund applicable.
Display Images: Actual product may slightly differ from display image. However, the model and functionality will always match the product title and description.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Log in to your Zipspare account.
Go to the Account section and select your order.
Click on Return and choose the reason for return.
Return Method:
Customers may need to return the item via India Post, depending on courier availability.
Once received and verified, refund + India Post charges will be issued.
Returns via other couriers are accepted but shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following valid conditions:
Product received is defective or damaged.
Incorrect product delivered.
Order not delivered.
Additional Notes:
Order Cancellation (Pre-dispatch): Full refund available.
COD Orders: ₹50 COD charge is non-refundable.
Refund Timeframe: 5–7 working days after confirmation and inspection. Email notification will be sent once processed.
6. Warranty Terms
Warranty sticker must be present and unaltered.
Product must be uninstalled and physically intact.
No modifications, misuse, or improper installation allowed.
Test the product thoroughly before final installation.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled by contacting Zipspare support.
After Dispatch: Cancellation not guaranteed. If RTO (Return To Origin) is requested, shipping charges will apply.
